Well I've never been to a track before, ever. Not even as a spectator.
Went out to the local track called Rock Falls in Wisconsin today to run her at a track for the first time ever.
Went with some veterans who showed me the ropes, and kinda coached me along.
Ended up with a best time of 11.2 @ 135.

http://www.dsmstyle.com/photopost/data/513/Timeslip_11_22.JPGI had issues with my clutch slipping, and missing shifts all day. My "coaches" told me to just relax, just shift naturally, don't worry about shifting extremely fast for the first time, and instead just focus on making some clean runs. So that's what I did and ran the above time.
We had like 5 cameras out there, but no one was recording on this run, except 1 person. Turned out kinda crappy, but it's all we got.
Brandon 11.2 @ Rock FallsAnyhow, I'm pretty pumped because it has a lot more in it. I just need to get more practice, learn to drive it better, and I should be into the 10's !!
Also, the car has no cage, full weight, and tech never said a word to me about running that time
