so i come into work today left it parked out front in plain view of our cameras last night and my fucking charge pipe and bov are gone

Relocate the cable location so that it doesn't go through the fender well, also weld on a little plate cover on the bottom of the release thing that opens the hood.
When my del sol was stolen in the winter, morons used a pry bar to try to open the hood which still didn't work and just bent the hood. Eventually they found the hood release cable since they had my car for a week. Only took wastegate and my fuel pump, as well as the P61 ecu.

I've been contemplating using a solenoid to 'lock' the hood latch shut. As in cable won't move unless you hit the solenoid's button. I have the 'dead battery' prob solved too, have a 9V battery on hand & a connector inside the car.

However, my alarms have the prox sensors on them, and my Civic has a 2-way pager. I was thinking it would be overkill, but apparently theives are REALLY ballsy, 10 mins under a car in front of a camera???

i dunno why the fuck they would take that. they had no tools they cut my coupler and yanked it off my tb it sucks i just bought a piping kit and the bov was new to me also

who did you buy them from? they might be selling it again soon. we had a car audio/electronics shop get shut down in issaquah cuz it'd sell car alarms, keep a second remote, then go jack the car and or shit in the car a few days/weeks later

what do you got? i have 2 stock dsm ones . i am pretty confident i am gonna find this and fuck them up. so i may just roll with my fence post and dsm one for a while
