1983 Nissan Sentra wagon. 5-speed. what a bucket. ran/drove pretty good with little problems.

my dad said he would do better than his parents did, and would buy me and my sister cars if we had a job/paid insurance/etc. thats what his jewish ass $300 got lol... (sister got like a 78 Celica lol)

1986 Ford Escort with a 4 speed manual, and so little power it would go faster in 3rd gear then 4th. Given enough space in third gear on flat ground with just me in it, that car would do a blistering. 140km/h (87mph). My first timing belt, first clutch job, and first brake jobs were all for that car.

I don't have a picture of it, didn't seem like something worthwhile to waste film / getting devolved on.

My parents gave us each $1000 towards our first cars (3 kids). In 1997 I put mine towards a 1967 Firebird that didn't run... I got it running 3 yrs later at age 18. My first *running* car was a 1977 Olds 88 Delta. Sweet ride and I didn't care about gas at $0.91/gal. My first shock install was on that car. I should have done a thermostat too, it took forever to get heat.

1983 Dookie Brown Ford Fairmont. My grand father hit the gas instead of the brake and drove that bitch through all the umbrella stands at McDonalds so my father took his keys and I got my first car! Dented bumper and all. The car was bucket but it was freedom and I appreciated it!!! I drove that thing everywhere.

1993 Dodge Intrepid. POS 3.5 Mitsu motor that liked to eat intake manifold gaskets. Gray interior faded to a light purple...matched the exterior. Suspension clunks that couldn't be found. Headlights so fogged it was hard to see at night. Lovely burnouts and neutral drops. Totaled on a high speed snowy drive into high school using the foot pedal ratcheting e-brake to drift around corners. Good times.
