I have a 22hp kohler that needs a home.. since 1 1/8" cluthces and TCs are expensive it would probably have a belt clutch and a 2 speed trans like so:



Supposedly rough engagement (duh) and the selector teeth wear out fast but they are just bolts so they would be super easy to replace.

Belt clutch = buttery smooth

HF also has a 6.5hp 212cc "predator" honda clone motor $99 until the end of july with coupon ($80 off).  we dont have our drunk fun honda 50 anymore so looking to build the cheapest possible kart or minibike/trike

i put off my kart building for now, stumbled on to a fake honda 50 powered mini chopper for next to nothing. now i just need to bent a few things straight and figure out how to get hold of some new neck bearings for a no-name chinese mini chopper.. and get it running right or swap in a cheap pitbike motor with manual trans
