ok so gonna under go my first engine assembly and wanna know what clearances to run for rod and main. The engine should produce somewhere in the 600hp range ay help would be appreciated.

1 thou per inch of journal diamater is a good place to start. maybe a little tighter on a honda. the true key is to ensure you have both round and straight journals with no taper. That alone will save bearings.
