Need a business phone number

So, I have been trying for years to open a bar. I finally found a great location, but can't get a hold of the owner.
 
The info I have is
Location address is
193 San Marco Ave.
St. Augustine FL 32084

Company name
Bonom & Bonom LLC
147 South Roscoe Blvd
Ponte Vedra Beach

The phone number won't make a successful call. I have tried all 1-904-615-4073, 904-615-4073, and just 615-4073. I emailed with no response yet. If I can't get a working phone number then I'm thinking about just driving to the address. It's about 35-45min from my house.

I found all of that except that phone number you listed at the bottom. I'll try that.

Adam, I got the info I have from the county properly appraisers website. Nothing else useful.

:edit: that phone number got me what sounded like a home number. Left a message, fingers crossed.
