The three star ratings are people upset that they can't get an 8 gig card to work with a v1 firmware, boo hoo, otherwise 4.5+ star rating.  Should be here by Fri-Sat, and I'm pretty excited.  I don't think anything can replace my love for the pink iPod Nano that was stolen from me, but it's time to move on.  *sniff*

I have a touch screen chIpod, the battery life sucks and the touch screen works about as good as you'd expect a .3 cent Chinese part to work, but it's still working after 6 months and I paid nearly nothing for it.

I want to try one of the Shuffle knockoffs next.

That's a review of the Clip, and I agree.  My only problem with the gf's Clip is that it's almost too small for my hand (Shuffle is smaller) but it doesn't stop me from stealing hers frequently.  It really does have the best audio I've ever heard out of a portable mp3 player, and I've tried all of the iPod line (except 2G iPod and 1G Nano) as well as a number of others.  One of the 2-3 year old Samsung thumb-drive style players is the only thing that comes close, strangely enough.

i have a 20gb ipod photo. damn straight, first ipod with color,lol.  decent amount of space, still havent filled it up and its plenty loud.

my cousins had some chipods they were horrible.
