Doug, have you ever delt with the police in matters such as this? If they don't laugh at you, they will not be happy about paper work, and time spent trying to get back your broken cell phone. Paypal and ebay are on the buyers side. You aren't the first person this has happened to and won't be the last.
My tax dollars pay cops salary and resources. Its great to know my money is being wasted on such a noble cause. Nevermind crackheads and rapists out there, fuck we gotta get that broken phone back!
No they are too busy busting people for pot and speeding, I have have yet to be helped by the police when I need them. 90% of cops are egotistical scum with a superiority complex.
Maybe you shouldn't cell broken phones on ebay and you wouldn't have this problem! Your right as an ebay seller as long at it is clearly stated, is that he doesn't deserve a refund. You shouldn't have given him his money back, but you knew the phone was broken in the first place, so don't get to whiney when you sold a phone, lied about the fact that you knew it was broken, and the dude wants his money back. You set yourself up for lots of fail. Be like everyone else and throw your broken phone away instead of pawning it off on some kid who forgets to read the whole auction.
Lick my nuts. You must be like most eBay buyers and can't read or shit. "Phone is being sold as is. I no longer have a battery to test if it's working so it is sold AS IS with no warranty". The phone worked fine before. Probably still does seeing as how he didn't send it back.
The reason I gave him a refund is because eBay and PayPal don't give two shits about sellers and will freeze your account.
Another prime example: I just sold a Asus EEE PC 2G on eBay. In big ass bold size 14 font at the top says "The latop doesn't come on, I think it's the screen as I can see lines in it". Guess what, auction ends and dumb ass says they didn't see it was broken.
Ebay is for retards who can't read. They look at the picture and bid.
