whats the farthest you guys think you could place a wastegate from the collecter and not have problems with creep or fluctuations?

kinda vague beau u nean on a tube p[ast the collector but before the turbo or u mean on a single runner away  fromthe other 3

on my last ccrx i had a topmount with the wastegate coming off the side of the collecor, only off the collector it was a 70ish degree bend with about 3" of straight and a china wastegate and it held 10psi rock steady, and the pipe ID was a smaller diameter then sch 10 ID.

The way (angle vs flow path) it comes off of it and size of gate will have a big part to play in it.

problem solved i remade #4 runner and now have plenty of room to snug the wastegate up to the collecter

been working on it all day had to rebuild my radiator mount, and do some hacking on the core support even managed to keep the verticle support for the center section. having to redo #4 runner was a setback unfortunatly i got in a bit of a hurry and the welds are a bit ugly  :P  i did mount the stock crx fan/shroud on that bitch should help pull air better .
