Seems that every time I start to put a load on the engine i.e put it in gear, it starts to die, then if I let the clutch out it acts like its flooded buts not really according to the wideband, Im slightly confused what it is...

we need a lot more details than that, include every fucking detail of you setup.
Something very simple that you have overlooked is causing this issue.
Stock or chipped ecu? I would guess chipped because you have a wideband in there.

PLX m-300, its fine from what I can see. I got a new o2 sensor on it.

chipped ECU running crome
built y7 with vitara's

another thing is, is that once I actually start to get it moving down the road I can come in and out of boost and not feel any power difference.

Also, when I advanced my dizzy all the way to the front it helps it out a ton, I see that the cam timing is right with the crank timing but when I turn the dizzy back to about middle point it has a hard time with it, but soon as I turn it up, bam it runs half way decent.

timing belt off, sync the dizzy to the ignition map with a timing light

lol yup sure is, I finally got a drop light and looked at my crank pulley, the cam gear is tdc and the crank is like 1-3 teeth forward? lol wow I feel dumb
