ok, have not been on in a long time.

all my cars are gone, and im stuck in fucking 29 palms. this is the butthole of america and i need a new project to keep me from going crazy. so i have found two potential canidates at the moment and am looking for advice.

im not gonna post the ads but will post the pictures.

first is a chevy c20 pickup for 500 bucks, needs alot of work in the looks dept but i never liked good looking shit anyways.
plans would be to build it for cruising/racing with a 455 buick drag motor and a 4spd auto trans.
truck is right down the street and would be the most economic if not a unique choice.





or a 1967 datsun 1600 roadster
probally do alot of work and make it nice with a sr20 or some shit.
its 1000 for 2 of them so one for parts the other for building.
only problem is i would have to get them 100 miles back to 29 palms so its more work for me.


im getting away from hondas as everyone has one and everyone wants one the prices for a cheap civic are ridiculous.

anyways i know this is short but i dont have much to talk about, im driving a bone stock N/A 2009 imprezza and while its great for driving around im dying for something to build and fuck with.

well the price would be my biggest concern, looking to spend no more than 1000
there is a 89 crx shell in the SFV for 500 thats caged and has a decent suspension and shit.

kinda want something unique.

well ive been here for 3.5 weeks now and will be here for at least another 3-4 years.

rock climbings fun, but i do that for pt every week anyways, want something to do while im drinking.

I would get something newer man your going to want to get out of that area alot. Get a small loan for something newer that wont need every bolt replaced

I have a soft spot for old datsun's but my vote is the c20 with the 455 a 4 spd and a 76mm turbo.

i drive a 2009 impreza daily so i can get away when i want.

and its looking like im gonna do the c20, checked it out today and just needs some cleaning, has 81xxx miles on it and starts right up even with 20 yr old gas.

the datsun is sweet and its 2 for 1000 dollars if someone wants to pick them up, the truck is just more practical.
