Bought a Glock.

Glock 17.

Held the XD, held a 19 and a 17.

The 17 felt the best. Plus the XD had a safety on the back of the grip and I didn't like that too much.

I think all cop cars need to have turbo. nbspnbsp Then they would understand the necessity of putting your foot down and how uncontrollable the urge is to fucking rail on that shit.

Can't buy an XDM in CA. Hasn't passed the drop test. Total bullshit, but it's o.k. I like my Glock.

you can get the xdm in ca, I've fondled one before here, but you'll pay out the ass for it, $800-900 with no magazines and standard xdmags don't fit.

Dude @ the gun store told me you can't buy one here, but you can own one here. So if I had a LEO or someone out of state purchase it, they can transfer possession with me. Then I could get one. But ya know what, the Glock is a fucking unbelievable weapon. It is the gun I originally wanted, and I'm glad I went with it. I wanted something I could beat the shit out of, simple, not a lot of parts to fuck up. And the Glock 17 has some firepower. I didn't know it, but Glock makes a FACTORY 36 round magazine.

Go savage 110 for a basic .308 gun that will run sub-MOA out of the box.  That and the 700 are much better than the Winchester
