Ordering papa johns online is the best. You can get extra sauce for free, and last time I got a large pizza for $0.25 more. Total was 15 something for two large pizzas shit was great. Only place I buy pizza from.

i find delissio or dr.Otker frozen pizza pretty good taste/cost wise, but nothing beats a hand tossed pizza, the best ones are the little mom and pop shops that dont give a shit about healthy diets and load there shit with tasty trans fats

Pizza Hut is pretty good for fast food pizza. Gives me the shits every time. Get a Panormous, Pizzone, or stuffed crust and you're gold. On the other hand Mellow Mushroom was damn good, screw $28 for one pizza though.

Although Papa Jizzos is my favorite, I also frequent Litte Caesar Chavez's as well because they're pizza pimps. Especially in a fucked up economy, the guy who said "fuck it, our pizza isn't great, but you can feed your family for $5" is a business wizard. The place is hoppin every time I go there.
