banana bread recipe

this stuff can stay outside the fridge forever.. the longer it sits outside the better it tastes

you will need..
ripe bananas.. the BLACKER THE BETTER
flour
sugar
brown sugar
two eggs
butter
salt
vanilla extract..
baking soda..
whole walnuts


preheat oven to 500+

melt stick and a half of butter in the microwave

peel bananas

mash em


set bananas aside and dump butter in

i kinda suck at measurement specific stuff because i eye everything..
3/4 cup of sugar..

1 - 2 cups of brown sugar

beat em with electric mixer

2 eggs

pinch or 2 of vanilla extract..

beat it!

dump in 2 teaspoons of baking soda.. teaspoon of salt... and gradually add 2 - 3 cups of flour....

dump in the mashed bananas..

beat it!

lay down some vegetable oil on a pan...

drop oven to 450

yummm

crush the walnuts


dump and press/mix em into the batter.. we usually do 3/4 with nuts and 1/4 without...

oven yo!

cant show progress of baking because if you open the oven alot it will collpase on itself and look/taste not nasty.. but different...
