help me doing this flange in dxf or dwg format!!

if you need any more size, i will measure it, please, i dont know use CAD software  :-\ and Aaron need draw of flange in any of those formats..



comparison between 3 bolts universal flange and custom flange i need Aaron make...



btw,if somebody has draw flange of SI header, i will appreciate a lot send to my mail..

I've got it drawn already but need you to correct some dimensions.
if you take the blue 102mm you have and subtract the yellow 90mm,
then subtract your light blue 11mm

It leaves .5mm for the thickness around each of those holes, where to me it looks more like 10 or so.

I'd say your dark blue 102 is the wrong dimension (I'd guess 112) but check them all so I don't aid in you buying junk flanges and paying to ship them to spain and wait all that time.

also what size is the through hole in the middle, or I can eye ball it from the yellow triangle touching and call it good.

fuck! you are right, size is 112mm

and the hole is 2.5"

Tim do you dxf in 2d for wier?  just curious as i'm making up some flanges here too.

I modeled it in solidworks, then created a 2d drawing view and saved it as a dxf and dwg so he can use whatever works best.  I haven't had any complaints that I remember and I sent weir flange drawings before, I think for my hx-35?  They're really quick and easy if the measurements are done, not much harder if I have a part in my hand.

I got a mail delivery error, did you get anything?  Maybe my attachment was too big I'll try again.
