The build specs shuffle by too quick to read, and half is in a faggot foreign language (French-Canadian, I suspect), but if you pause and look closely you'll see there is no turbocharger.

im pretty sure thats supercharged and he has no bypass valve, the throttle is after the supercharger and its pullied to make boost low down and becuase of that its always trying to pressurize the pipe from the charger to the throttle/carb, but the throttle is closed so it just keeps surging back.

if you look at the other vids the car is set up for drag

Hi. I'm the guy who is filming, and can answer some of you're questions. The language is norwegian by the way and the car and owner is from Norway. The car is supercharged and does indeed have a bow. But due to the pressure its now switched for a much larger bow that doesn't make that much noise. The car is not built as either special track og drag, but mostly for show. But it did 9.6 with 230 km/t at the 1/4. If you got more on you're mind, just fire away.

I've drifted before in an old firebird. My 67 HO convertable, 1st car I bought. I still own it, but it's been in storage 3 solid years.

FYI It will be restored & boosted a year or two after I buy a house.

Vangen, tell the owner that he's done a good job. 9.6s in the 1/4 is good for a streetable car. What kind of supercharger is it, centrifugal (like procharger) or roots (like an eaton)??
