So Im a broke hoe, and I didnt feel like buying a vtec solenoid so, I went to radio crack, and got me 2 10ohm 10 watt and wired them in series and then wired it to the vtec wire coming off of my conversion harnes then I grounded it. The ecu normaly looks for 14-30 ohms. So with 2 10ohm wired up you end up with 20ohm. So the ecu will not throw a code 21 because it thinks that the solenoid is there.

At this point you are gona open Crome Free and import/export your shit into a p30 map, and set up and select all your settings you want. At this point you go into "plugins" and you are going to selct "enhancements" and at the very bottom of the box select "VTP+VTS Remover" A pop up will come up and say "VTP and VTS Removed! You must now ground the VTP signal wire"

I did this and got 8lbs (thats what my WG spring is too). Now this is on my NON Vtec b18a1. So I havent taken it out for a drive yet to see how it switches or if it switches maps or anything else yet but in my mind I dont see why it wouldent. I will mess with it some more here in a few days or weeks, or when ever I get time...lol
