Yeah I found this guitar on craigslist http://dallas.craigslist.org/dal/msg/1337881085.html

It's the same model I first started out playing as a teenager so I want the thing and their pretty rare in good condition now. But anyway I'd be a retard to paypal this person in texas money from a craigslist ad. right?

i think you answered your own question.. paypal wont cover you if you get scammed; theres no contract like ebay.

You can use your credit card thru paypal......but you'll get charged fees then the cost of shipping........not a good idea.

Well I sent the money last week after emailong back and forth a few times. Long story short I had a good feeling about it and sent the money and the guitar showed up a few minutes ago in great shape and I would have to say it was the best packing job Ive ever seen on anything.
But I know I was extremely lucky and I'll never do something like this again.

Kinda cool reclaiming "toys" from your teenage years, i recently got a working N64 with Goldeneye, San Fransico rush and a SNES with Mario, Zelda a few others. It was sorta awesome.

Not quite, the seller gets charged the fees, not the buyer. I've paid with credit cards and don't get any kind of fee tacked on from my credit card companies side either, so whatchu talkin bout willis?
