Well, I'm getting divorced, told the wife I couldnt live in this town long from the start. I grew up on an Island so large bodies of water are a little bit of a necessity for me.

Right now, I'm working on getting my MR2 straight, then drop a 302 in the pickup, load up and show this shithole my taillights. Right now, I have no fucking clue which direction to head out. Figured Id ask for some input.

Education:
1) Trade School
Auto Mechanics

2) University of NorthWestern Ohio
High Performance Automotive Technology
Associates

3) Marine Mechanics Institute
Marine Repair
Dropped out with an offer to teach

Experience:
1) Hot To Go Racing
2-stroke R&D tech, engine builder

2) Initial Marine Corp.
Boat Building (all aspects), Factory Race Support

3) Halls Propeller Service
Propeller repair (tig welding) Race Team Support (3 Teams)

4) A-Carburetor Service
Automotive Tech, primarily wiring and diagnostic

I have no ASE's

I'd go back no NY but the job market is drying up more every day...

Change is shitty, but not when you realize you're on your own again. Free to chase anything and everything, no matter where it is.

Think of what you would consider a badass job with your experience. Find the company that employs those badass jobs, go there, and make shit happen. No matter where that job takes you, there's sure to be a warm birth tunnel nearby.

I'm thinking once I get my MR2 Boosted, I should be able to get some work from some of these faggot ricers here to buy me a tig welder and some other small fab tools, and help get the pickup done sooner. Hopefully by then I'll have an Idea which direction to roll out.

I dont fear stepping off into uncharted waters, I go in prepared and expecting it to be difficult.

Last time, when I moved to FL, I had enough cash for the 1st mo rent, a months worth of home cooked food, and some money for gas, $1000 450 went to my appt. and I got the job I dreamed of 1st day there. I dont expect that again, but you never know till you hang it out there and take chances.
