I somewhat agree funny enough. i hear the same rhetoric from lots of Older people in general. its a ignorant "Kill them with ignorant kindness" church type thought that basicly is their way of not thinking about it anymore cause they dont get it. to say only black people do this is stupid, pretty much any older person has a chance at it, i live in VA and hear shit like this all the time.

Of course her idea is stupid and wont work, to say its cause shes black is just about as dumb. I cant agree she has a valid point though. to say cops get hurt when they run so no more running is just like saying people get speeding tickets so no more cars. its just not an effecient or well thought out way to solve anything.

Not to say it is a solution by any means, they still need the law enforced, but what good is having police if they get the city into so much litigation and insurance claims it goes broke. I think they really ought to just train their pigs better. Their fat asses should be able to make a collar or two without fucking themselves up. That is just incompetence.

If I was chief of police in that city or town, I would explain it very simply.

We can't chase them. but they can't outrun a 5.56, work on your sharpshooter skills.
