So im 23, currently have a 95 mazda 626 as a project car, and a 94 isuzu Trooper as a daily driver. Both are non turbo at the moment.

Anyways, im always messin with cars during the summer. Chillin at the race track. I had a hyundai, but like all nice things if you lose your job and cant pay for them anymore. They gotta go.

Im a noob welder. I can weld, but im not that great at it. Soon I will be posting up pictures of my upcoming welding jobs on my friends camaro, and his civic. As well as probably his truck. I have some basic fabrication skills. I can do some fiberglass and other fun things.

I know by now your sitting here going WTF WALL-o-TEXT gtfo and stfo. So for your patience for waiting and or possibly reading this far. I will post goodies.

When its daylight I will post some pics. Currently I dont have any cause my cellphone is the only camera I got.

But the Mazda 626 is a 2L 5 speed. 4 Door, not enough people got love for the 4doors. Currently The project for it is getting it to run right.

Pulled the motor out 3 times. Check the timing. Thats all good. Cap and rotor are good. Gets fuel, gets spark. Brand new MAF, and other misc sensors.

IT will run. Just not well. im going to be cutting the cat off the car when its nice out either today or tomorrow. See if that is the problem with it. If it doesnt solve the shitty idle. Im going to just get a 2.2T from the MX6 and the computer and swap the motors out and say <^> (-_-) <^> Fuck you 2.0. From what I read it should be a direct swap. Other than changing the engine harness. The motor will sit in all the mounts and bolt to the tranny.

If there are any mazda or ford experts here who might have an idea. Im open to all answers right or wrong. As long as you dont have the any of the following words in it.

Costs a lot of money.
Take it to a shop.
Replace expensive parts.

If I see those words. I will surely skip over the post.

We checked the cams. The motor is 100% in time. So far a few people said that there is a good chance the cat is plugged up. ima be pissed if that was the problem. Oh well for a 50$ car. What can you expect?

Fuck I can be a scrub go to the junk yard get a turbo off a dsm. Go to ebay get a cheap ass manifold, order an FMU, go to sumit racing get some an line. Plumb the turbo, get a 20$ dsm bov, and an ebay waste gate. Then get a megasquirt kit and turbo the mazda.

But I would rather take time gather good parts. Then do the shit. Anyone who has a credit card can turbo just about anything. Fuck I could turbo my lawn mower if I wanted. Doing it right. And learning how to do it right. Is worth more than fucking shit up.
