Both of my children ride in Recaro seats. They are hands down the best seats we could find. Brick house house and very plush.

My son rides in this which is forward facing only.

My daughter rides in this which is rear or forward facing.

We have 2 of each. We have had my son's for 3 years and it still looks great minus the food he spills in it.

I also have 2 recaros.

We have a como and a signo. A seat is very important to me.  Recaro is some of the best seat mfg's in the world...why would I not want to put my child into one of there seats?

I will ask my wife where we bought ours. Got a slammin deal on it...

Did anyone happen to compare these 'baller seats' to any other brand?
I'm willing to bet most baby seats are made by a handfull of manufacturers and you're simply paying for slightly different fabric layout.

I know it is that way at the retail stores just wondered if they were all that way.

My wife spent many many hours researching a babyseat.

Call it what you will, do what you would like....I personally would not put my child in anything else. There is nothing "name brand" about this seat. Its pure quality, and I have found nothing to compare it to.

So is that a no or a defensive 'I only have the best for my child' response?

It wasn't an attack it was a question dumbass

I think its a mtter of seeking out the best product for the job... and when it comes to child saftey its pretty important.

When comparing the cheapo seats to some of the "baller brands" there is a pretty clear difference... at least to me there appeared to be.

Between the cheap brands and the store brands... yeah, for sure... different fabric.. different box...

I wish I had been able to get the Recaro here... but no deal...
