My New Ride... another civic

Well wife killed the engine in my car so instead of doing the smart thing and picking up an new block I spent more money and picked up a new car.

1993 Honda Civic CX Hatchback-
D16Z6
EX Trans.
Aluminum Flywheel
spoon knockoff c/f wing
spoon knockoff mirrors
Ebay Coil Overs
Mugen front and rear lip
Amber croners
Catback Exhaust

Just paid for it today but havent picked it up yet. Got it off my buddy for 1500. Right now the car runs but after about 10 mins its starts smoking like a train. It was his daily driver and ran great for 6 months but just started smoking out of no where. Im guessing valve seals? Along w/ the car he threw in an old Y7/Y8 mini-me engine he pulled when it started to knock, a DX hydro trans, 2 PO6s, and a few lil extras. Over all im happy. Just gotta swap the head and hope that fixes the smoking. Also the 'vtec conversion' was never completed. solenoid wire is cut and just chillin and the p28 is in the glove box waiting to be put in.

how bad is the rust over the rear quarters?

the worn valve seals i've seen smoke on start up.  sounds like your problem is elsewhere

No rust ;) It does have a nice lil puff of smoke on start up then starts to pour when it warms up. Gonna comp test it as soon as its home.

This is my first 5th gen civic and im  happy w/ it... plus got the extra engine I plan to rebuild and put into my other ride. I basically picked up another money pit but just wanted something to get me to and from work when I dont have the company vehicle.
