ya this nog i work with that's a dushe somehow got his r32 fagot skyline registered, paid like 2k though. and another guy with a r33 locally. idk how but i can try to see if they will give up any info, their legit and the registrations both said Nissan skyline, wish more people imported badass cars like your crx not a fucking skyline :-X although now that might not be so easy

I could probably title it here in wyoming. Some of the smaller countys here are looser than a nickle hooker. just giving you another option....

Funny I was thinking about this my self. I know of guys build a car from scratch and stamping the frame with there addys.
Then using their addys as vin #'s.

I remember reading somewhere you can have a title issued to from Maine for a couple hundred dollars. I wonder if that would work.

One way my old shop used to do it was to sell the cars as "parts cars only" Then they would "sell" the customer the parts to put it back together. They been doing it like that for 5+years, no problems to date.

Thats what the shops in California were doing one is now out of business due to it.

On the '78-'79 Z, the car was sitting in an old lady's garage for 11yrs. other than that Dan will not know how it got here.

As for the the blue EG6 he had bought it out of NY for $9k and was already import to, titled, and licensed in NY.

Although he is very shady so it might of been kinda of illegal how he did it, il try and find out.

nope, its retarded short. 

mine is  ef8-1005225

usdm vins are i think 8 letters/numbers longer

I'll have to ask some more questions, but that was the #1 problem with Goforth's R34 title.  The DMV computer (in NC, likely everywhere else) expects post '81 vehicles to have a proper VIN.

tempting, but then i wouldnt have a street legal car.  plus, the body on mine isnt in great shape. it was keyed to shit on every side and the fenders are crap
