ive lifted seriously for about 7-8 years now(just getting back into it) and while i think your a dumbass for asking this here im going to give you some solid advice.
1) your 19, you dont need roids or PH, u have a retarded amount of testosterone(what roids increase) already
im not saying this because i dont agree with them. i have done 2 cycles and used PH on the occasion. shit is badass. but i waited.
2) you say you are willing to take lifting seriously now and talk about juicing.
you take lifting seriously first and then juice later.
lift solid for at least a year first before you worry about roids. with a solid base roids will benefit you so much more.
its like slapping a turbo on an unprepped engine and praying for 200ish hp
or building a solid engine and then boosting the shit out of it to like 400+hp
3) Westside Barbell training
protein, BCAA, creatine, glutamine, i.e. a good protein powder
calories!!!
rest.
that is all you need to grow like crazy.
