Just picked up the latest SS mag. for JFK's D-series cam test. Some good info there just wish a delta cam and maybe a Webb cam was included. And the dyno charts were a little small to see clearly.

Oh and Jame's name kept getting messed up. SS mag called him Jason instead.  LOL  ;D

There is another 'Bisi article talking about how a bunch of people was doubting him. And that his car is totally legit. 


Oh also picked up a D-Sport mag good article on how to find a good dyno for tuning for drag use. Not bad some formulas and diagrams.

I like diagrams and formulas. :yes: ;D

I will be happy with anything she gives me. I would love to get close to my Insight's MPH even with the heavier weight, not so ideal gear ratios, and higher coefficient of drag that the wagon has. Only time will tell.

People have run mid 10s at the mid 130s off of low 400s and his un-ideal gearing.

His Cd isn't much different than a normal Civic.  Frontal area is another story, but you'll have to pardon his naive nature he doesn't know what that means.

What I don't understand, is your using a vtec motor to begin with so why fuck with the non vtec lobs. I mean You will never fall out of VTAK when racing so whats the point of fucking up the idle and screwing gas mileage?

Its a honda, there is no reason to try to make low end torque on a 1.6

Granted I stuck with a non vtak head becuase Im all about d16a6 love.

Yeah they look to be crossing 5250 rpms but it is still hard to read those charts even in the mag. I may just scan these at my work. ;D
