paypal reward for advice leading to the problem with my accord

i will paypal $10  O0 to anyone that can lead me to the problem with my beater 93 accord lx

it feels axactly like the throttle only opens half way, only way to discribe it.  normal at low speeds/below 3k rpms, faster or above that it has no balls. takes me like a mile on the highway to get up to 70mph and im sick of it. it still idels and runs normal, it doesnt hesitate or buck, its just fuckin slow and weak and higher rpms and speeds.

i verfied with the help of a 2nd person that the throttle is operating correctly
the cat is not clogged
the fuel filter is not clogged, because my cheap ass "by-passed" it at liek 2am (definetly a mistake)
the plugs are ok
im goin to check the timing and fuel pressure when i get hold the of the correct tools, im probly going to check the compression if i feel like it today

it burns and leaks a little oil, nothing strange for a car with 260k+ the oil and coolant both look normal..

give me an idea and if your right make an easy $10  :noel: if it somthing to complicated or expensive to diagnose, like replacing the distributor, im not going to do it though so fuck y ou and this car

it was garabge in my intake.  i checked the intake at the filter and TB but never looked down into the fresh air tube LOL :-\

fuckin i did, i musta shoved in down in that area after toppin off the oil, it had sucked in and made a pretty good seal over the air intake for the filter box,  car feels stronger then ever now, i let my friend drive it so hes unbiased and he said its not right it feels better then before. only thing i can think of is the ecu re-learned its tune after a couple months of being sufficated now its getting way more air and probly running lean, im not really sure how the stock ecu works though
