Chest pain not related to breathing is pretty classic for angina, or gastric reflux. Sounds like the latter, I wish I hadn't read the diagnosis first kinda of makes this worthless but I was thinking it before I saw it. If I had to guess I would say you got food poisoning and had some reflux. There are like a zillion bugs that can cause the "poisoning". Gallbladder stuff is more related to eating fatty meals and usually presents with right upper quadrant pain(where the liver is). Hope you get better soon. If you continue to have gastric reflux go see the doctor because it leads to metaplasia(squamous cells are replaced with gastric mucosa) of the esophagus called Barrett's esophagus. If long standing that can lead to cancer(specifically adenocarcinoma) you don't want this its really bad news and easy to prevent if you get on the right treatment. Alot of if's there lol.
