started working for them 3/4/09 and last worked for them 3/16/09. part time job that was a pain in the ass (too much driving for the pay)
professional janitorial/cleaning service serving the pittsburgh and surrounding areas.

and the story: i was ''let go'' from my job due to poor performance (3 hours of sleep for 3 nights in a row will do that to you). i arrange that i will return the shirts when i picked up my paycheck.

i get an email at 3pm today, and another one at 11 tonight saying that i had janitorial keys to one of the buildings we cleaned, in my posession, and that my paycheck will be withheld until keys are returned.

1. obviously i do not have this magical set of keys, why would i?
2. they claim to have security footage of a janitors closet
3. other employees are getting fucked over for different reasons unrelated to my case

any lawyers or people who know lawyers that want to make a few bucks and throw some legal email shit his way?
if he tries to fuck me over any more on this i'll post up his info (name, phone #, company, email addresses etc) for callathon.

How legit of a company are we talking? Have you looked up your state secretaries office and seen what kind of business entity type they're filed under, if any?

Depending on that, will let you know what options you have. Small company=put them through the wringer. Big company=send them threatening legal "type" letters and see if they give in.

It probably has less to do with luck and more with the fact his communications skills are seriously lacking.

It's frustraiting trying to get a point across when it feels like every argument he seems to twist 'what he meant to say' to the point it seems he agreed with you.... I think. You're one of those guys that after every conversation I don't know what the fuck was accomplished and am left confused.
