if you aren't then fuck it and get a g1 if you're with a gsm provider and need a keyboard, or a hero (mytouch?) if you dont care about a keyboard.

90% of the android phones have the same fucking processor and a few minor changes...motorola cliq for GSM isn't bad except for looking like a kiddie phone

G1 is fine. How much would you be willing to pay for one? I have a friend with one brand new in the box...still in the fucking envelope it was shipped in actually.

When i preordered mine the site went down...i didn't get my confirmation...tried to preorder again...ended up getting two of them at the full discount...friend did the same thing. 2 G1s for 170 each, sold the second on egay for $450

He said he'd sell his USED one for $150 shipped (I'm at his house now). He checked on ebay and saw them going for more.

I just picked it up and it's minty fresh, it's scratch-free (seriously), asked him if there are any scratches, he said 'there's some minor scuffs by the earpiece', however I can't really tell what the fuck he's talking about. I could easily pawn it off as brand new. It's a black G1.

He has the wall charger, headset (also used as the stereo earphones), and 1GB memory card (is what it came with, 8gb ones are $15-25 depending what deals you found).

He lost the USB cord to connect it to a PC, but if you have any mini-usb cord it will work. He doesn't have the manuals but if you need them I can mail you mine...it's online though and not really needed.

Im paying 52 bux and change for any mobile anytime unlimited EVERYTHING (except landline which is capped at 950 minutes)... Nav, the google maps... Insta tracker fotr the car tracking deal... all kinds of shit.

Android is sick and this phone rocks. NO issuess or complaints whatsoever

Love the Sprint Hero thus far... I played with the droid a bit... The display is clearer, but other than that and the keyboard (and the fact you cant get it for sprint anyways)... Happy I went the direction I did. Idf break the slider shit. I already know it.

You wouldnt break the slider. I've beat the shit out of mine already. the droid is the best phone i've had so far. and its open source to whomever said it wasnt.

Yeah, honestly, I've only been using slider phones for years and they've all lasted through a ton of abuse. I've only broke one of them, and it was the screen that broke while I was leaning into the engine bay on it and put too much pressure on one of the corners.

They're usually pretty solid and slide shut securely...the only time you'd have it slid open is when you were using it and it's not going to accidentally slide open in your pocket.

I hate virtual keyboards.
