WG or MBC Spring wouldnt hold more or Widebodys numbers would have been broken, at 1000 less RPM. We crnked the fucking thing so tight it was hard to unscrew it but to no avail...
I picked up my pile today from the painter's. Looks great, back to factory frost white, all new moldings, engine bay painted, door jams, floor, trunk area all painted. Fresh and clean.
My car likes to hit boost cut at 19psi constantly, it will hold steady at 18 psi in fourth or fifth but in third it will peg boost cut, so i can't really go all out just yet. Still need to get a 3" exhaust put on it, the thing is retarded loud open DP.
I have a sneaky suspicion that this B spec 2 is being gay, kind of want to get rid of it and get some other type of boost controller, maybe a 2 stage MBC or something. The WG spring is 1 bar , but i think because of the poor placement it is going to be near impossible to stay under 20 psi. Which i am completely fine with, just want the car to be tuned good to run that, or more.
