Mine's even more simple - four 16oz soda bottles, d16 fuel rail w/stock fpr, del sol fuel pump in a walmart stainless/glass jar, stock CRV filter, a PWM circuit to drive them, and zip ties to hold injectors on. My only problem is the DIY pwm circuits in general suck because nobody thought outside the box to power anything besides LED's and small motors.
I simply measure the bottles before & after with the jewler's scale I bought for balancing my forged internals and when I sell pot. As for cleaning shit, I've just used straight injector cleaner, sea foam, mineral spirits, and something else (I forgot). One interesting note is that at 100% duty with 450cc DSM's, your fuel pressure will be ~30psi max with a stock civic pump. I'm replacing the pump with a dohc vtec pump that should pump 70% more.
The other thing I use is a $30 ultrasonic cleaner. It works fairly well, especially when I have it hooked up to the PWM to work them while cleaning. Overall I have less into it than sending out four injectors for "professional" cleaning...
