IDK waht to call it(twin turbo ls/vtec)

well  a few people on here will know what this is about.

this is  the  Juice ride, with his home made twin turbo setup. crushbent pipe and homedepot built.

the car runs boosts and is  100% untuned! idk how it  lasts like it  is but  he has the best luck of them all.

in the pic it is hard to see the second turbo bellow  but it is there.

 started off as a DC sport hedder with a flang welded on to it then he made a up pipe off  the bottome turbo to the one up top and then a  down pipe off that. 2 oil feed lines 2 oil return line. alot of fernco's  and well all home built.

notice the waste gate not hooked up he  controls boost with his foot to much boost he lets off the gas.



this next pice is of the bottom turbo  right off the manifold(DC sports hedder) and the big black thing is the oil return form the top turbo.

o ya one of the turbos on there he stiffed hotrex for!  he was lookin at it and  then you hear a car speed off and  there goes juice with  the volvo turbo  the hotrex had.

Can't compete with this motherfucker to have 1 turbo per cylinder, grand total of 8.

I wonder if he realizes - when you control boost via pedal, you're: 1) overboosting in the chargepipes, 2) generating tons of heat from that excessive boost, 3) creating tons of exhaust backpressure since the WG never opens, 4) not getting the same airflow VS an open TB (at the same boost level).

In other words, no wonder it doesn't need a tune, it's not flowing much more air than stock. ::)


When it does get fixed, it will probably pull decently. Those 2 turbos combined can flow more than a 57trim, and the turbines probably flow 50% more than a large T3 setup.

how big or small are this turbos compared to a T25 from like an SR20DET
are they the same turbos or are they both diferent?
