Just got done finishing up the new tranny for this pile of shit...
MINT M2F4 gearset and OBX diff with new bearings and shit stuffed into a fresh M2S4 case.... To replace the beaten M2B4... It will be alot easier to get parts for it, and it is FUCKING MINT inside. Took the time to actually check all tolerances and get the diff shimmed to spec PERFECTLY for preload on the diff bearings. Got it close with the shim then belt sanded it to perfection :O). New seals and shit too.
Need to get a Flow controll valve for it, and hopefully it will hold up but the tranny is seriously PERFECT. No wear on the sliders, syncros, dogs or gears.
Dropped it off just prior to the niggerchicken/hotlink incident. Supposed to make it into the car Monday.
