Muratic acid is an effecient way to remove concrete from something? I have a bunch of fence posts with concrete on them that I want to get off so I can reuse them

i'm talking about like concrete residue.  Just the stuff that sticks like after you would dip the pole in the wet concrete and pull it back out.  It's going to take quite a while to remove the two bags of cement you poured in the hole that is still attached to the fence posts.  I would suggest a large hammer of some sort for a start.

Vinegar is a much cheaper (and less caustic) substitue that I was supposed to use to clean those cones.  I didn't know we had a large cooler full of it to soak the shit in for a few weeks.  I did that the next time and the shit didn't rust.

as a vw guy, i am a little up in the air with the whole rust thing.  sure, if you have a piece of shit vw, or any compact for that matter, go ahead and rust it out.  that bimmer is kinda cool, minus the really expensive wheels.

it's upsetting to see the trends of older cars make their way to the newer generations, because i like ratty old euro cars.  but rusting a car that's still holding a good bb value is retarded.

i will admit that i picked up a hood for $20 off some kid and i was tempted to rust it as there was nothing wrong with my current one haha.  either that, or there was a guy i worked with that did custom painting.  he offered to paint an old dude in a wheelchair getting a BJ from a fatty on the cheap.  would have done it in a heartbeat if my dad didn't toss the hood, fucker.

I'd just walk up and gank the grips, they're probably name-brand too. Reminds me of a 300zx i saw once, it was pulling a trailer with matching rims. That guy is just one state trooper away from having his car towed & impounded for the glass. At least they can do that in WI, and nothing screams pull me over to a cop more than rust.


BTW if you want to fuck with one of these guys, go grab some naval jelly (phosforic acid) and apply it via rag in the shape of a big penis. It will eat any clearcoat and turn the rust into very hard, black phosforic oxide. It would evoke both joy and sadness if Rawr saw it, however.
