Anyway, incomplete thought above.
I think I'd rock Delta regrinds for a NA car in a heartbeat if I got them a little cheaper than they sell them, but for a turbo car I would go there. They were super responsive on the dyno, and while I'm not used to cam gear adjustments on B-series being worth doing I feel that they would respond really well for a turbo setup. As such, I'd probably pay what Delta charges if it were for a turbo car. BTW, idle was super smooth.
As far as 402T, 403, 404...
Go 404 for NA and pile some compression on, do the lazy man's B16 piston in an otherwise stock bottom end for 11.5:1, or since you have plenty of overlap at low rpms feel free to try 12-12.5:1 on pump gas. LS heads really don't detonate like other Honda heads, either, super friendly toward n00b tuning.
For boost, pick whichever of the cams you find for five fucking dollars and roll the fuck out. You will be happy. FUCK YEAH!!
Idle is generally stock to good with 402T, 403. I've seen 404's beat the ground (still a stable and controllable idle) and I've seen them act stock, it really depends on exhaust.
Also, you need valvesprings for all of those cams, even the Deltas. Avoid Skank9 valvesprings for LS they are garbage... Skank will be super cool about warrantying them when they break on a weekly basis but they won't refund your money or send you a product that doesn't break. Anything else should work fine.
