I don't know.  I don't really have a goal.  I wouldn't mind making 600whp on pump though.

This build should at least see a bit of E85,C16,Q16!!

Tuneing on pump would limit this build soo much!

I don't see why you won't be able to make 700whp+ with the  right fuel/ignition!!

You could do it, but it would be a tightrope, any variation of fuel could be severly detrimantal pushing pump that hard... Even revving the fuck out of it... The efficiency of the 372R will help, but not enough to make it worth it.

By the way Pootie, that turbo is good for 900ish... The only thing that will hold him up are his nuts... Local gu here made 600+ on pump a few yeas back motor go boom too (actually it broke fourth gear on the dyno first...hahahahah

600 is just a random # I through out there.  I have a pretty big sack, don't really care if it blows up so we'll see what happens.  I intend to max out James' dynapack on pump gas whatever that is. Race gas tune to follow on c16, should be somewhere around 900 if it stays together.

I really hate e-racing so i don't like to predict #'s. So the car is just gonna make what it makes.  boost controller @ 100% duty cycle on the dynojet with c16 and whatever it maxes the dynapack out on pump 92 or whatever it is.

My setup should be pretty efficient, large ports, big valves, long runner manifold, s372r 24x12x3.5 garrett intercooler core, ID2000's, m&w ignition...blah blah blah

Built a press brake last night to do my intercooler endtanks, and cut out some more of my core support.  Should have some good updates later today.

Worked on my manifold today. :cool2:

Got everything mocked up where it goes, and you'll see the locating/holding bracket/jig I made for the turbo in the other pics.

Startin to lay some pipe trying to get a general idea on fitment.

One runner done.

No more in process pics cause I was rushing, but here is the final product tacked together.(minus wastegates)

Fitted up the intercooler endtanks today and some other minor shit.

Cut out a pattern and tape up/test fit with cardboard.

Trace out pattern onto aluminum sheet. (1/8")

I built a homemade sheet metal brake with $12 worth of metal from the scrap yard, and I bent up the endtanks.

Oil return comes out of the turbo about 1" above the fitting in the moroso pan and it's a straight shot.
