yep got her all back together new disks are in and the tranny has a new in put shaft. also during the project i found out y my car was makeing shity power. the flex pipe in the ex. had calapsed down to about a 1" hole on the inside. so i made 430/280 on 1" ex. lol hopeing for a retune this comeing week and 600 on pump/meth

I wondered why nothing I did made any more power. Glad it was something simple - car certainly scoots for 1" exhaust.

so i had her tunned today and all was going good she made 523/300 on just pump. made 2 pulls on meth/water and about the same power, sounded great. next pull it lost 40hp and 1/2 psi of boost. we add 1deg of timeing to bring it back up and she lost 15 more hp. wtf? looked at the plugs and they were fine. one more pull and its still down on power then as its idleing if you tap the gas you can hear a slight rod knock. gay.....

any one have a ls crank laying around?

With it dropping like that you couldn't tell something serious was going on?

we thought it was the meth and it not wanting more timeing. we took all the time back to the pump gas setings (10ish degs.) and it was still down on power thats when we know something was wrong.
