yesterday I tore down out turbo bits to weld some cracks in the Miata's manifold, did that and brought it to the machine shop, picked it up and reinstalled.  Today I washed and vacuumed it.

I fucking rock.

You sir, are a lazy twatwaffle.

Same here.. I need to pull the interior out of my crx, replace the fuel feed, and paint it.  I could do it in an afternoon but I just feel so meh about that kind of shit lately.

I've always been lazy w/my car...  I'd rather get it done correct once, rather than build it 5 times in a month.  Time is not something I have a lot of these days.  I don't want to spend it fixing fuckups...

I think we're all getting grownup jobs, mortgages, real problems, n what not.

Plus our builds are getting more complex.  Very few of us are simply strapping a .48/.60, walbro, n dsm 450's on a y8.

My stuff will be finished when I get around to it.

Fowee it is simple.....working alone on your own car gets old.....now with buddies and beer, it is more fun, but more fuckups.

I only have time on Sunday's now to work on my shit, no time to RC race now. Any racing I do has to be on Sunday's.

10/3 Tristate bracket racign
10/10 autox if I buy a helmet
10/17 SBZ meet
10/24 CRX Meet in Springfield Ohio

That along with trying to buy and machine 10 Quaife's while sitting fighting a first degree misdemeanor charge.

Yep, little time to get started on something.

because hondas have grown very boring and old, not as fun as it once used to be.  When everyone else had a honda and it was fun smashin on b series with a Rhmt'd turdbo kit.

Eh, school has put a hell of a damper on my car nonsense.

I did finally manage to get one of my buckets into the wonderful world of positive manifold pressure this year.  That seems like a pretty decent accomplishment considering how well it turned out IMO.

I've been working full time & doing all the bullshit to get to the point where I can *start* closing on my house... yet I still fit a few hours in every other night on my b18a1. It's just stock for a winter beater (94 LS), but once I do close on the house, I'll be finishing turbo kit for it.

Tonight I finished swapping B1 cams into the A1. FYI the lift *is* different between the 90-91 and 94+ LS cams, all had 29mm base circles. Not much more, but enough to want to waste my time with it. I also made lifter adjustment tools. 1/4" drive deep-well sockets (10mm and 12mm) with a nut welded to the ends for a 17mm ratcheting box wrench to hold onto. Tomorrow I throw the new timing belt on and seal the bitch all up. Then next weekend I'll try to toss it in.

I also made the first steps towards a better e-cutout this week. I made a servo driver that works perfect and costs under $5 in parts. It should be half the weight of my current cutout, and easier to adjust too. Then once I get the house, I'll be making a bunch of them. :noel:

Last month I finished the A/C condenser&fan bracket. I flipped the fan to the front of it, meaning I had to completely redesign the condenser bracket...what a bitch that was.

I gotta 93dx 4dr on the side of my house waiting for oil feed line, 450s, chipped ecu. Its been like that for months. Its boring as fuck working on it all by your self. Ever since I moved to Texas I lost a shit ton of motivation. I have every thing to finish but the chipped ecu its also super hot out here I start sweating within minutes of working on the car

I have been working on my car since I got back from Denver.

Damn electrical Gremlins.

Found 2 ground issues, 1 bat. to power dist. box issue, and AEM WB gauge took a shit.

I've had to replace the ign. coil and igniter.

I'm moving my mechanical oil gauge to where the AEM WB was.

Installing my new 14point7 SLC this week.

I have to replace the heater core in the near future or winter is go to suck for me. :-\

Then back to tuning.
