Any thing Prohibited is fully illegal unless you got grandfathered in and owned it before the laws changed in like 1995-98 ish (ill never be able to own one, not like i care)
Restricted are a pain in the ass but legal. You need to be a member of a gun club before you can buy one and need a special permit to transport it(from your house to gun smith, gun club ect and cant make any stops along the way. not even to get gas) so i cant take mine camping/hunting
non-restricted is supper slack pretty much do what ever you want expect have a big clip, fire it with in city limits and some small bull shit like that.
getting a licence is supper easy, you take a 2day class fill out your forms and send it in. they do a back round check and you get it in the mail in a few weeks.
ya the gun laws suck here but at least when i go in the bush i have allot shit to hunt.
