Although it looks really good, these new methods are confusing. I am going by the standard fast and furious 1 writeups.

Intercooler and radiator mockup. Using the old radiator as those fins get damaged way too easily.

interesting... i kinda like... although i like symmetry... hope it keeps charge temps down... but i still think the turbo could used swapped around, full length radiator, full length/height intercooler....

I would have kept the ic, and gone with a full sized rad, and flipped the turbo around like Dusting said. But I'm curious to see how it will do hot lapping it.

Trust I thought about what you said a few times. Even more yesterday while I was making the downpipe. Thankfully I have thought the routing before hand so everything fits really snug currently. We will all see if it works when the time comes. I have a few tricks yet to be shown that I am hoping will work to keep temps down to a minimum. I have not seen what I have done either so I will be very pleased to see if it works.

This will be the fail safe route if my setup does not work. It will put me behind about $400 to redo it that way I assume so its not too bad for the experiment.

Updated first page with some pics of the little fabrication I had to do so far. Not much but I was very pleased

Its been a long time since the update but I think its about time. I have been debugging little and big stuff along the line and you can see some of the posts on here from it giving me issues in the process.

Done so far..

1000cc injectors
custom alcohol intercooler/radiator sprayer
Full 3 Inch exhaust
Wideband
Fixed oil pan from a previous owners tap that was right at the bottom of the pan
Painted the piping heat resistant black and used radiator paint for the front of the radiator and intercooler
Car running great

Will be done in the new few days..

Manley Rods
Wiseco Pistons
New (used) crank pulley
New Belts, Water pump, HG
ARP head bolts
Boost Leak test
Fixing the downpipe since the flange was not completely flush to the midpipe

I have driven the car many times and have had no overheating issues so far. Even getting into boost a few times in a short period has not gotten it out of 186f. Last time I drove it was for a 3 hour round trip and it was great
