Ive slacked off a good bit since it started to get cold last fall, too dam busy now to do much.  I was riding trails a couple days a week and ride my bike everyday.  I like to do some rock climbing when the weather's not shitty.  I'm 6'4" 235lbs right now, but I'm trying to get down to <200 by summer.
thats about how i am. im 6'3 and 220 hoping to be 200 for summer.

Lifting is meh.  There is a 900lb tire out back of our gym though.  I can get it to my waist but I need to get the form down so I can pop it up.

thought this would be a good topic for you homos

High school is in the past queers, when I was 15 I set a state record for 300lbs clean and almost jerked it. DL was like 540 or some shit. bench sucked tho it was only like 265.

3rd day of working out and did legs and arms. tried to do abs but did 5 sit ups and they gave out. I hate starting working out again.

Ill be getting a bicycle as soon as I get some extra money so I can ride around town and not drive the car......

I do power clings with the old baja cars at the race shop.  lol

Gotten outta shape since my unit decided to cut back on pt with a huge workload we have right now. Dropped from 15 to 10 pull ups, p90x gets me in good pt shape tho.  Marine Corps has a way of destroying ur body, specially at 26yrs old.  P90x, crossfit, armstrong pullup program, and lots of beer to sum it up.

One of the problems that people who try to ride run into is that they do not know how to ride properly. One of the most overlooked things in cycling by people who are just starting out is pedal cadence.
