I used to work out alot before I got a job working 7 days a week, I did more lower rep higher weight stuff, never took anything except stuff I could get from GNC. most weight I've ever preacher curled was 170, I bench pressed 355, leg pressed around 1000, sqautted around 450 and dead lifted like 350 (always hurt myself dead lifting so I never put much effort towards it). I just went in to the gym the other day after being away for 2 years and I mustered 315 for 6 reps, set of 4. I miss working out.
