Matt McDonald's 3rd MMA fight im on the far side of the cage.. he ended up bloodying my nose during the exchange at the beginning.. but I won. now 3-0 .. i guess this dudes friends said he was 20-1 or something.. who knows.. THe event was for the ICF in Bedford, Indiana. 40 fights that night!! crazy Thats Rich Franklins brother Greg reffing the fight btw.

If your arms are as big as your thigh's you should really adjust your workouts accordingly. Anyone here work out daily or ever competitively lifted weights?

I usually workout 1 week per month 4days. 20lbs bicep 20 times, 4 series, 20 minutes

I used to work out alot before I got a job working 7 days a week, I did more lower rep higher weight stuff, never took anything except stuff I could get from GNC. most weight I've ever preacher curled was 170, I bench pressed 355, leg pressed around 1000, sqautted around 450 and dead lifted like 350 (always hurt myself dead lifting so I never put much effort towards it). I just went in to the gym the other day after being away for 2 years and I mustered 315 for 6 reps, set of 4. I miss working out.
