Ok I am going to get another bumper this winter and try over. But in the meantime how do I finish this fucking thing?
I painted the IC because it looked stupid behind the mesh. I also painted the SS bolts FB.

Here are the current pictures.

I bolted it in there for this reason. So when I am at the track/dyno/racing I can pull it off. This is for the rocks/wood chips/squirrels that might want to enter my IC

I like this one the best if you hit it another time with the paint and make it extra dark.. Are you using Radiator paint? The high temp shit es no bueno.

The grill on the 2 outside hole dosent look bad but when it covers the IC it looks pretty bad. I think your bumpers more fucked then mine Good work

I have a coupe bumper and be getting a sedan bumper I can bring one of these (both of these are unpainted) when I go to Lynnwood Wa. for the D-Day BBQ. It might be a little crowed in my hatch if I bring 2 passengers and a bumper. ;D

That bumper is terrible. Like most, you don't understand what you're doing, or how changing the front end is really affecting airflow. More frontal area doesnt' mean more flow. Bernoulli's equation might interest you. I'll give you a hint- You only need an opening that's 40-50% of the surface area of your heat exchangers. More is worse, not better.
