Love the fake tail pipe!
Thanks, I think its one of my favorite parts of the car, it messes with people haha

Car is just hanging out for the winter so far since I picked up a '94 S4 cheap, I am setting up my shop right now and will be bringing it in there in a little bit to tear into the suspension, brakes and some other stuff to have it ready for spring. Also I picked up this little baby for $100 the other day  :noel:

Thing is brand new, never used! Just has that small dent on the bottom you can see in the picture, the quality is great and damn is it heavy. Its the Spearco 650hp model 28x10.5x3.5, I will see if I can fit it on the civic well and keep it sleeper and if not it'll just have to go to another project.

Well roads were finally good again and I took the honda out for a drive!

Now I have redone the rear brakes completely, drums/shoes/wheel cylinders and bled them as well as the clutch.
Gapped the plugs down to  .022" and went and tuned it!
I got a decent tune on it now running 15psi and its stupid fun. The car is fast, but I may turn it up a little more  :noel:.  My tranny is about to blow up though and it making all kinds of noises but I don't care since I have a spare waiting for it but I really want to find an EX tranny for it.

More plans coming up or the car soon, that I think you guys will really like

Update:
-New Competion clutch stage 4 installed
-new stock flywheel installed
-LX tranny with 90k installed
-put in a poly filled tranny mount
-new rear main
-ES full bushing kit installed
-ES rear trailing arm bushings installed
-New inner tie rods and outer
-new brake pads
-SS braided brake lines
-Fresh DOT 4 brake fluid
-elderbrock performer X intake manifold installed
-gapped plugs down to .018"
-got an alignment
-put on my 15x7" wheels with some 205/50/r15 tires on them

Been tuning a lot and getting it smooth at 16 psi and it rips! Still no traction in 2nd and it sometimes spins a little in 3rd and torque steer is there pretty solid. I will be doing more tuning this week and the boost just may get turned up to 20 psi  O0  The suspension and brake work helped a ton, the car feels much better and safer haha. Just need some traction bars now, wheel hop can be pretty bad.

Only have a few pics but ill snap some more later

GANGSTER! I love it. Keep us posted. Well since your in a eg.... Pick up some of those ebay traction bars. They are pretty inexpensive and work for a dc/eg. I WOULD NOT USE THEM IN A 88-91 CIVIC OR 90-93 INTEGRA. But you'll be fine because if the lower control arm design.

I will do! I have thought about doing that but I think I am just going to build my own set up, I just need to get around to ordering the heim joints and I'll get to work on it.

Numbers coming Monday! I think they will be pretty impressive, the car has a lot of lag but pulls sooooo hard on the top end and doesn't die off at all. The way this turbo spools, slow to 6psi but 6-20 happens in a blink of an eye, I plan tune the mid range a lot more and get the spool time down a bit.

I am loving these injectors, they are having zero problems fueling this set up, I am approaching 80% dc and boost will go up some more so I plan to find their limit  O0

I had been meaning to do this for a bit since I did not have proper crank case venting and I made my catch can have 3 fittings for a reason. I didn't have time to paint it or wait for AL fitting so I made this form over function style. works awesome, no more smoking

A good wack on the FPR around the vac nipple will net another 2-5% more fuel (5-10 psi).

That's a lot of power for vitara D16Z6, most people don't get half this far in twice the time. Judging by where it hits 200whp, it spools quicker than most D16's. You're making more than most stock b-series peak power by 4500 and more than most stock K's peaks by 5k, so I'd say you've done well.

BTW I love the rusty sleeper exhaust tip!

Here is a video of a dyno pull at I think 20-21 psi
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zP_bhzXKF0k&feature=youtu.be

Thanks man! I think the spool could come down a little bit more through more tuning and definitively with a better EL turbo manifold. Also the amount of money I have spent to get it here isn't much at all, the $ to hp ratio is insane!

Thanks, I love telling people to go take a close look at the tail pipe and they look so confused till they figure it out then they love it haha.

Now I really want to do some head work: springs, 3 angle, light pnp and a mild cam, then rev the motor out to 7500 and see if I can make 400 on less boost and have better spool! But I think another project on it will have to happen first..........

Compound turbo!

If you do a compound turbo run a larger turbo than the one sitting in the above picture unbolted.  :noel:
