Nop need for a fuckin trailer... I wanted a full size truck, and better milage (My Pathfinder got 17 on the freeway on a good day, this thig is getting that now...) The more I drive it the more I like it. I didn'tget it to "roll coal"... If its smokin its broken.
Wanted a Silverado... But was underwhelmed with my first gas purchase... The diesel thing is based more off having a truck worth something in a few years and better economy. For what I got it for and how clean it is with the loooow miles on it, I couldn't have done much better.
Drove a hemi Ram the other day while they were doing a couple things they sid theyd do, what a joke. I didn't get the truck to tow trailers, BUT wanted a full size truck.. Gas is a joke, Diesel gets decent MPGs, this on ehappened to have brotastic wheels on it, but at the price I paid. I don't give a fuck... Looks good and judging by 22 year old female reaction so far... Im sure Ill be getting blown by want to be redneck bitches while roillin coal down I 5 regularly...
LIke I said Im not doing a WHOLE lot to it... It had been run through and had oil and filter fuel filters all front ball joints and shit replaced, aligned... Inspection etc... Runs great, not a rattle in it. Solid as hell.
What I have done:
------------------------
Dual Rough country steering stabilizer (made a huge difference over the hammered stock single)
K&N stock box high flow square cone filter
Gutted Air pipe (RHMT GFI polished 4" Aluminum one going on as soon as my 90 coupler gets here)
Silencer ring delete
Block heater cord installed
2 10 inch fosgates in a BBox and Punch 400 mono sub amp, putting the touch screen DVD in it this week, had to order the fuckin CANbus adapter.
In Process:
--------------
Transgo shift kit
Sonnax billet 1-2 servo actuator
Borg warner Governor solonid swap
Drain plug installed
Edge Juice with attitude purchased yesterday for 250 :O)
and what Im going to do:
---------------------------------
FASS lift pump
PAssenger sent me a Heater grid delete plate and flange to make a nice Intake horn
Cat delete
Probably lower it and put 35s on it (22x37s now....)
Really glad I bought it. Its so nice to drive. Nicest newest automobile Ive ever owned...
The only thing Im worried about putting in it...
