Blower is now fucked up and unsure what I am gonna do.

Really I though the 671 was basicly a starter blower and the 871 was bigger it has done suposably 1175hp no idea on how much boost or driven %

A street 6-71 maybe, Our class is limited to a 6-71's. race 6-71's are a whole different animal, we get between 18 and 21 psi @ 120 overdriven. But these motors have some of the best heads you can buy running on meth. also running in the .900'' lift cam

With an average set of heads you will make 1500 with this blower @ 120%

I can re-strip and rebuild the blower. post or send me pictures of the rotors and i can tell you if they are reusable or not.

i would scotch bright it all, then buff it and run it. its going to be down on power, but to save that would be near the price of a new unit. it will still make power tho, just overdrive it a little extra.

It almost looks like it was either over tightened (they go just a hair more then finger tight, these are maintenance items, always checking and re snugging.) or it had something on the surface when it was installed. shouldnt be that bad tho.

I think the belt was over tightened did know it was supposed to be so loose. Fuck it it clean it up and run it. Josh by chance know what grease to use on the rear bearings?

Ok so new bearings seal cleaned and polished the housing. Now how do you time the rotors? The end cap bearing pretty much press on the rotors no way to adjust once it's on.
