Arp headstuds
Innovate motor mounts
Type-R trans with spoon lsd
While I was at it I also did a full wire tuck;
Let the pic whoring begin lol.
You will notice that I am removing the dash because I will be routing all the sensor wires through *Drum rolls* the speedo hole.
Cleaned up the e-bay by pulling the wire looms on both sides inside, as well as spraying a bunch of purple power to get rid of all the grease and oil that was caked on over the years. It will also be painted and will take pics of the end result.
My bro cleaning up the last bit of it...
I will have more pics tomorrow of the mounts that just arrived yesterday.:TU:

Here are the mounts. I should probably be installing it maybe this weekend once my e-bay gets painted.:TU:

Update: I got through with tucking the drivers side but don't have any pics because I can't find my camera, I know I failed. Although I do have some pics of how the e-bay turned out with the new paint before the tuck.:TU:
Ebay catch can
Here is how my interior is looking which is a mess
I still have to get the passenger side tuck, followed by sending the sensor plugs with wires through the speedo hole. That will be for another day.

Update; One of the moments that you guys have been waiting for is here. Motor is in :bubbrubb: and well onto pics...:TU:
What is left is to tuck the passenger side and pass the engine bay harness sensor plugs through speedo hole which I will be doing tomorrow. Then put the whole interior back together.

Ahh if so then I will take it back, and will upload a pic of what I did yesterday and here it is....
As you can see all the sensor plugs for the engine is going through the speedo hole. I will be looming it there and separating some of the sensors into mini looms.

Before
After
Hmm I haven't posted about this but here goes. Not long ago I had traded my b16 lsd transmission for a gsr with obx lsd on it. Well the guy puts in b16 lsd and not putting the synchromesh in it, he was saying that whenever he turned it was clunking. So I ended up going to nyc to helping out the guy take my old b16 transmission and putting on the gsr one in. That night ended with the gsr transmission working flawlessly.
The next day, I decided to pull apart my b16 transmission to inspect it to see if anything was wrong. To my surprisement the transmission look perfect, it didn't even had metal shavings on the magnet. I proceeded to take out the differential to see what was wrong with it. As I pulled it out, to my complete amazement I found this.
I know it is kinda hard to see it but that is a true spoon lsd with final drive. Bone I know you already seen it so keep quiet lol;) Reading up throughout all the different forums I came to realize that the piss thin mtf was the culprit; as a complete teardown of the spoon lsd was in good shape. Well enjoy some more pic's of me putting the trans back together; oh and my crx workbench.
Well I will probably be finishing up soon, just have to put the suspension back together.

Update: Well it's time I show pics of how the tuck turned out and a teaser pic of how the crx is currently lol.
Wire tuck.
Teaser pic of the rex.
So there it is and if you can tell there are no timing covers on it but will be installing it shortly as well as a new water pump........
SHE IS DEAD!!!! Update: On 3/27/09 I went to e-town to make 2 passes of 17.1 on drag radials (i know wtf). Yes I was preloading and launching at 8k. Both passes were under .200 for a reaction time with a 60 ft of 2.2. Decided not to make a 3rd pass as it was running kinda iffy. As I started to head back, halfway through the turnpike it started making a small ticking sound. Temp shoots up, oil light and cel comes on only for it to knock very loud. Two seconds later it shuts off on the highway so I decided to pull over. Tried to start it with no luck and even push starting didn't help. Sounds like a spun bearing and possibly seized it.
That did it for me as I'm now selling the crx shell and any parts with it and will make a fs thread soon. Now as I mention on the previous post I have a new project in the works. 91 toyota cressida with a blown auto 7mge that I will be swapping out for a 1uz v8 that I bought for a steal. Also I will be converting it to a 5 speed as well.
Coming soon there is another honda project in the works so stay tuned.........

Update to my 04-05-2009 update. When I blew the motor I was so piss I was about to quit and let everything go, in a since I could not. To many years, to much fun, to much joy has led me up unitl now. I started by pulling the fail boat B-series out in favor of a better setup. The all mighty D!!!! Yes thats right I said F the B and hello to my old good friend the D, as rhmt would put it FABLAD(Fuck A B Love a D).
So the build has started, last week I spent a nice about of money with fjt, so I should have some pic's soon. Its going to be a z6 with my hx-35. Going to build my own header for it using a ebay 4-1 n/a header, manifold will have 2 waste gates to take full use of the twin scroll.
For this year my only 2 goals is 300hp+ and to run a better then a 17's pass lol.
Stay tuned more WILL come!
