i run stock topmount but i inject copious amounts of fluids before the turbo and thus cooling it.

also, that charge pipe looks like this. if you knew any better, youd ditch that stock inlet tube to the TB, and get the tmic modified to exit the air just like the air intakes.

Well, if you must know. I never intended to use this thing. I painted it pink and bolted it on.  It is growing on me thow.

I don't even have a vented hood, and ill be god damnd if im going to cut up a mint aluminum hood. Deff. would if it was a steel hood.

But after looking at the intercooler, I might get the core boxxed in and make it into an air to water unit.


And yes, it is the owners 90% of the time.

Same thing that happens anytime you cool off water droplets.  Their tendency to "hold together" with each other increases dramatically.  Suddenly, that fine water mist you injected into your hot compressed air charge becomes puddles in your intercooler or your intake.  Ever see what happens to a hydrolocked cylinder/rotor/anything?  Water doesnt compress. 

Has your car actually ran with this setup?  How LONG has it ran this way?  I hope also you are injecting more than just water...
